You could tell they were extremely short-handed, but still cranking out sliders and keeping up the best they could. All of our food came out hot and fresh. Our order was accurate, and the food was DELICIOUS! I've never had White Castle before, and it didn't disappoint. It's definitely worth the wait. Even though the staff was extremely overwhelmed, they weren't rude and extremely nice. You could also tell they were moving with a purpose. FYI, they're not always slow. We went there the day before, too, and it was super quick! All in all, it was great, and if I'm ever going through Columbia again, I'll definitely go back! ”

The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is always so good I tend to over do it just slightly. I would totally suggest this place to friends and family and will 100% be stopping by again whenever I make my way through Missouri. ”
